Income Requirement: Please note that the income requirement for standard approval is 2.75 times the monthly rent and will be screened through Approve Shield. The income requirement for Guarantors is 5 times the monthly rent and both Guarantors and applicants will be screened together via Approve Shield.

ID Verification: All applications require verification of a government-issued ID and will be screened through Checkpoint ID.
